We need your help!
Alicia and I have used the name "Team Sam" for the last two years as a title for our Great Strides fundraising program. Yet this year I'm ready for a change. I want something that is a little more inspiring and maybe a little more powerful to represent us. Most importantly, we want something that is more uniquely us. While "Team Sam" represented what we were fighting for, and still does, no one knows what that name means. Moreover, I've already heard of at least two other "Team Sams" out there.
In short, we need something a little more uniquely "us" to promote our fundraising this year, and this is where you come in. If you could create a name that represents a fiesty little girl with a determined mom and dad, what would it be?
So here's how it works:
1. Comment below with your ideas on renaming our team. It can honestly be anything. We're taking all options into consideration! If you can't think of an actual name, try to point us in the right direction.
2. Alicia and I will sit down this weekend and review the ideas generated from this post.
3. We'll announce next week our new fundraising name!

What about Sam's Striders? :)
Cara, I haven't even had a chance to tell Dan this yet, but when I was drifting off to sleep last night that's the one name I came up with!!! In your experience, have you seen any other teams with that name?
Alicia! That's one that I thought of but Facebook didn't cooperate on. :)
I would (and will) give consideration to Sam's Striders for sure, as it fits good with the blog title (Making Strides to Cure Found). I think it would play well with that theme. Thanks for the ideas!
Nope, I've never seen a team with that name!
