H1N1 and us! Good news!

Timothy's temp finally came back down near normal this morning after being high Sunday and Monday (102.5+) and elevated yesterday (100-101). I think we're coming out of the fog  now. He still has a fairly nasty cough, but hopefully he's on the mend.

I don't know what they put in that Tamiflu, but it's good! Let's now hope that it continues to protect Samantha while her brother heals.

Yeah for good meds!! And for a good dr. who knows when to be aggressive with treatments. Glad Timothy is on the mend.

Dan, thanks for the comment on my blog. Getting older is definitely getting more challenging, but I have noticed that maintaining my CF has kept me fairly healthy all around; enough so that many of my healthy friends can't keep up. I hope your daughter can latch on to a good self-care ethic as she grows.

I'm from the San Diego area, actually. I was born in Oceanside, lived my childhood in Vista, and my dad was stationed at Pendleton. The San Diego Zoo was my favorite part of quarterly hospital visits! Ah, good times.

Cris,
Thank you for reciprocating! I appreciate your thoughts. I want so badly for my daughter to pick up good habits.
For the longest time, I have not given her a good example, or my non-CF son for that matter. That is changing.
I will be reading more on your blog in the coming months as I have signed up for my first half-marathon in Carlsbad! Have you ever run that marathon?
